Multimedia message doesnt download to my android phone?

I am not receiving all of my texts when in a Group text - MMS. I will receive all of my texts, however, if I am in a one-to-one text message. I have factory reset my phone, ensured that the MMS auto download is on, the service center flashed the phone, and I have done all the things.

When I am in a group text, I will recieve some of the texts but then some of them will not download. The text will fall under the person who sent it and it will have the following:. At this point, I am ready to give up on Samsung. The service location could not resolve the issue and told me that I would have to send the phone into the service center without a temp being provided. Obviously, sending my phone in without a back up is not an option. I have been having this issue for about two months now.

Depending on the cause of the MMS problems, you may end up completely wiping your phone's data. Check the Android phone's network connection if you can't send or receiving MMS messages.

An active cellular data connection is required to use the MMS function. If not, enable it and attempt to send a MMS message.

If you are outside your provider's network, enable data roaming to use MMS, although the MMS features may not function properly until you are back in your provider's network. If your Android phone is newly activated, check that your service plan includes a data plan.

Most providers require that Android users have a smartphone data plan included in their service. Depending on your provider, you can either check your plan online through the provider's website or by calling customer service. If data is not included, ask the provider to add it to your plan. Most providers activate the data coverage immediately so that you can use your MMS service.

A soft reset clears up a range of issues on Android phones. If MMS problems persist, soft reset your phone. If your Samsung Galaxy J3 still can't connect to data, troubleshoot data connectivity. Do you see an error message that says the media file is too large? Perform a soft reset. Turn your phone off.

Remove the battery. After 10 seconds, reinsert the battery. Turn your phone back on. At present, most users have switched to other messaging applications, for example, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc. But the fact is that there are still many persons using MMS.

According to Android users, the only annoying issue when using MMS is the download problem. It may be caused by a slow Internet connection, a setting issue, interfering apps, corrupt cache, etc. Fortunately, it can be solved easily. If you also encounter the issue, follow these solutions below to get rid of it. In many situations, a simple restart can be used to fix some issues. This is the basic thing you can do. Just press the power button until you see the power menu and choose Reboot or Restart.

After your phone restarts, check if you can download MMS.
