Here are links to download Edge Chromium Offline installer for any operating system. The Edge Chromium browser is generally available for almost all major operating systems for past few months now. Like most browsers these days, when you download Edge Chromium from the Microsoft website, what you get is an online installer. When execute the downloaded installer, it will then download the files required to install the Edge Chromium browser. However, the online installer is not a good choice if you want to keep the software in your software repository, have not so good internet connection or install it on multiple computers.
For example, if you want to install Edge Chromium on multiple systems, downloading it individually on all systems is such a waste of data. I did not get the way to add this library to the JAVA project. I noticed in the docs that this functionality is by default added to Selenium 4. Please see my updated answer.
