It 1st say's Failed Download then the 2nd Attempt the Download Bar appears above that it say's stop download, I can leave it, it stays like that all nite and the progress bar won't move at all.

I attempted to reset the app, but that didn't change anything. And then I removed and re-installed the app, but I still have the same problem.
